Why should you come to Saint Martin Vesubie?
If you like to hike then Saint Martin Vesubie is a hikers paradise. Saint Martin Vesubie is located on the border of Parc National Du Mercantour where two valleys meet and become the Vesubie valley.
There are a wealth of hiking trails starting right in the village and in the summer there are free busses going to nearby sites like Le Boreon and Madonne de Fenestre where you have even more hiking opportunities.
It is easy coming to Saint Martin Vesubie
Saint Martin Vesubie is located just 66 kilometres from Nice and it will take you between 1 and 1,5 hours to drive up here. A better solution might be to take the bus from Grand Arenas in Nice.
It takes the bus 1,5 hours to get up here. And instead of concentrating on navigating the narrow mountain roads and tunnels you can relax and enjoy the magnificent scenery as the bus goes up through Gorges de la Vesubie
Take bus 90 from Grand Arenas towards La Bolline and get off in Saint Martin Vesubie Gare. In reality, the bus doesn’t go further than that and a navette will take passengers to La Bolline from Saint Martin Vesubie.
So just sit back and enjoy the ride up to 1000 meters altitude.

The busses leave from Grand Arenas at 8:00, 16:30, 18:30 and from Saint Martin Vesubie at 06:00, 11:00 and 16:00
Sunday
The bus leave 8:00 from Nice, Grand Arenas and 18:30 from Saint Martin Vesubie Gare
